Description

Computer print on transparency, edition of 35, 20 x 15 cm. 200 Euros, plus p & p. This image is loosely based on a moko, a New Zealand Maori facial tattoo but the loose quality of the lines makes it seem ethereal. The vessels here refer ambiguously to boats, containers (for new wine), and blood vessels. "The mirrors of all the worlds" is from a text by Baha'ullah, founder of the Baha'i Faith, in which he speaks of God's beauty being like light that is reflected.
